Andropause

We always comment abt ladies being menopause when they are grouchy . Well , why no one talks abt Andropause ? That's the male version of grouchy men.

My dad has been extremely petty recently . Gets moody when we take a long time to pick up the phone , forgets to ask if he has dinner and grumbles when we are late for dinner .

Hopes this is transitional . Tiring to managed his expectation ESP if all these happens on the weekday .

Growing Stage

It's not true that in our parents time , mummys are hands on while daddys do nothing . Athought more MCP exists in that era , I am glad my dad is not one of those .

He is not exactly very "educational" towards us. Sweets, kiddy rides and giving in to our demands . But my dad makes a point to bring us out every weekend . We do not owned a car at that time but that does not deter him from bringing us out.
We were well entertain at home too. He is one funny dad.

Comparing to some Daddys this generation , some are really terrible. Not all women have the luxury of being a stay home mum. Most full time working mummies are also "full time" home mummies.
They bring the bacon home too !

Why does these daddies wanna have children if they don't want to be involve in their growing stage? Time would never turn back . They rather be busy with their games, phones , tv programs and friends night out?

Most pushed the responsibilities to the helpers. This is something I strongly object.
Parents are irreplacable. It's our duties to make sure they gets our attention and time.

It's not that difficult to please a kid. Play with them, Pay attention to their needs, talk to them and spent quality time with them .

Reward = lovely smile , many hugs and loads of I love you being whispered to u.
They will be more receptive towards us well.

Back to work

Heaps of work to complete. From appraisal , coaching , field work , sales promotion to budgeting , seems like I am involve in every aspect . So little time and so much to do.
My work keeps piling . That's scary.

Now I need coffee in the morning and chicken essence at night - My reliable energy booster.

Stay at home mum ?

My girlfriend has just quit her job and turned into a SAHM.

Wow! admirable indeed. She gave up a career and a job that's pays as well as her other half. In short she contributes about 50% of the household income .

I hope to be able to follow suite some day.
Devote my time to the kids and spend time coaching their studies as well as personal development .

It's a blessing to do so

Coffee Machine

Latest addition to the kitchen .. Pretty good deal. $298 plus 3 packets of coffee capsules .
I have never been a coffee lover. Things change starting this year. The increasing stress level plus late nights turned me into one. The aroma of the coffee perks my day .

Been eyeing this machine for some time and finally decided to get it. One cup cost abt 80cents from the machine .
I would think my family would Love this based on the fact they are coffee fanatic .

Comical,great sense of humour & happy go lucky . Kayly is one funny gal with loads of expressive emotion.

Work

It has been nearly a quarter since the restructure. Work loads is still as ridiculous. But I have been complaining less. Hah....must have resigned to fate.

OKie, I have yet to start working on my CV. Needs to find time tomorrow to start working on it. Time to move out of an unhealthy environment.

Whats Annual Leave ?? Its employees' benefit !!!! Now where are the benefits when one is being disturb most of the time ?

Been harass across the board. From the most silly & unimportant enquiries which drives me to my grave. How on earth such inconsiderate pple exisit ?
Imagine people telling u they are damm free but have to act busy at work so boss thinks they are very busy too.

I think the superior must be blind if he really believes in that. Heavy workload or not...as a superior , isnt it obvious ?
I would think my subordinate is damm inefficient , so little work & always seem so busy. Isnt it?
