Sense of nostalgia

One of my pal managed to find some photos taken during our Secondary days . Wow... that was ages ago.
Looking at the photo makes me laugh. God! My red spectacle makes me so nerdy looking .

Went to ransack my storerooms for more photos .
Hmmm.. Found some decent looking photos taken after school .
Well, looks so much better.

Concindentally  , I had a gathering with some college school mates recently .
As we talk about the good old days. , I can't help reimscing about the past .

How I miss those days . Carefree and fun .

Bigger means Better?

Went shopping for some presents . Simply loves buying kiddy stuff . Just by looking at the colorful and cheerful toys, makes me feel great .
I have always been a toy hoarder , simply can't resist temptation not to buy them.
There is always a reason to justify my buys .

Was helping my mum with a present for a friend .
Her pick - a BIG toy car
Reason - the BIGGER the better . Looks nicer too.

Ahem mummy ,..... Don't u know the quality plays a very important role too?
Is the toy fun to play with? Is it approriate for the age ?

The toy is for the little children to play so it must appeal to them and not us.
Well , good thing she brought me along ..

I am a non believer of the bigger the better .

Up the Ladder

According to some people , the Key to faster Promotion is

1)Work Smart (Makes sure boss sees them working)
2)Must be a bootlicker (coffee or tea? )
3)Have to make everybody Happy ( Let me help u)
4)We are friends (engage in small talks to form a more personal relationship)
5)Be heard (Voice out opinion, give suggestions even though its none of their biz)
Does not matter if they steps into other peoples' terriotiy as long as boss is fine

I guess there are no right or wrong way but -

My take- Whatever I do, It must not be against my conscious . I prefer the conservative way.
Work Hard , Be efficient & Do your own work .

Kayly's Bday Celebration -Family

Had a Family lunch at Ricciotti Italian where Kayly was happily munching on the crust of the Pizzas.

Not that bad. I still managed to get the Goody Bags,A Princess Pinata & some food to be delivered to our place.

Well, Its Kayly's Day. She sure is HAPPY. Chirping like a bird , she keep talking abt her Birthday.

Well, Daddy is right after all. What is a Kids' Birthday without a Party for KIds.

Last minute party -1

"let's have a birthday party for Kayly tomorrow" Hubby just blurted out of nowhere .
I stared hard at him. Got to be kidding . That's less than 24hrs notice . It's 830pm and I have not prepared anything. We didn't even get the most important thing - the birthday cake .
Well, that's daddy . Full of surprises.
"thought u say , just dinner with family will do ?"
" how Can a kids birthday have no children?"daddy says


Great ..... Now I have to be the one ransacking my brains.
Thank god, I have always been efficient in organizing parties.
Rampage thru my mags and found some food delivery service.
